Fixed assets counting (IFS Cloud)

This application offers an efficient and structured solution for conducting fixed asset counts within IFS. It supports the end-to-end process of verifying assets during audits, helping organizations improve accuracy, reduce manual errors, and complete counts faster.

Users can easily select active Physical Count tasks and view the associated list of fixed assets (FA) requiring verification. For each asset, users can quickly update the status (e.g., “Exists” or “Missing”), add contextual notes, and attach photos to document the asset’s condition. The application also provides access to detailed asset information, with the ability to edit key fields such as object group, class, supplier, owner, and estimated life, supporting better data quality and asset traceability.
